Thank you for shopping with Elite Optimize. Please read the following information carefully before placing your order.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
UK Standard Shipping
We offer the following shipping options for UK orders:
- Standard Shipping (3–5 business days): £3.99
- Express Shipping (1–2 business days): £6.99
- Free Standard Shipping on all orders over £50
International Shipping
We currently ship to select international destinations. International shipping times and rates vary by location and will be calculated at checkout. Please allow 7–14 business days for international deliveries. Elite Optimize is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes that may be applied by your country's customs authority.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this to monitor the progress of your delivery.
Delays
Whilst we aim to meet all delivery estimates, delays may occasionally occur due to high order volumes, carrier disruptions, or circumstances beyond our control. We appreciate your patience in these instances.
